Exchange & Return Policy

At Scouting Sloth, we want you to love what you wear. While every item is made to order with care, if something arrives less than perfect, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return:
We accept exchange or return requests only if your order arrives:

  • Torn or damaged
  • Visibly stained or soiled

Important Conditions:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video showing the defect from the moment you open the package is mandatory to process any claim.
  • We do not offer exchanges for size or style changes, as each piece is custom-printed for you.
  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Process:

  1. Email support@scoutingsloth.com with your order number, unboxing video, and a short description of the issue.
  2. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on your preference.

We value your trust and will ensure any rare issues are resolved fairly and quickly.
